About Me

My Story

 As a child I watched my Mother suffer from carpal tunnel, and witnessed the doctors do surgery after surgery and then prescribe way too many pain pills. This led to addiction and a lot of heartache in my family. I knew that I wanted to assist people in feeling better in a more natural way. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Utah for over 13 years. In my time as a therapist I have worked for a Chiropractor, where I learned to address serious injuries with massage. I also been trained in the most luxurious establishments including the Stein Erikson Lodge, Montage in Deer Valley, and the Glenwild country club.

I deeply care about each of my clients and do my very best to give them what their body needs in each session. I have a very nurturing and caring touch. I don't talk to you during treatment because I am meditating and connecting with your body on a deep level. I love what I do and it shows in my work.

I have extensive training and practice in assisting with sciatic pain, rotator cuff issues, whiplash, and tennis elbow. I have also worked with many skiers and golfers allowing them to play longer and harder with improved range of motion.
